Provide cross-team technical leadership and ownership of platform delivery and operational reliability.

Support AFSOC data governance and modernization by building and optimizing data pipelines, developing ETL processes, integrating data sources (SQL/NoSQL), administering cloud and CI/CD, applying distributed systems principles, and coordinating with stakeholders to enable analytics and downstream ML use.

Build and extend a multi-tenant Kubernetes control plane using Go to implement Crossplane composition functions, CRDs, and controllers. Design API/CRD schemas, manage Cluster API and Crossplane providers across AWS, Azure, and Proxmox, and drive operator best practices, testing, and mentorship to ensure secure, reliable, observable infrastructure automation.
