Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver scheduled and ad-hoc support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT infrastructure and network issues
  • Assist in project implementation and engineering tasks
  • Set up, configure, and test computer and network systems
  • Collaborate with sales teams to gather client requirements and provide technical insights
  • Communicate effectively with clients, account executives, and engineering teams
  • Continuously improve your IT and communication skills

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT end-user support or service provider environments
  • Strong technical skills in:
    • Windows 7/8/10 (MCP/MCITP, MCTS/MCDST, MCSA/MCSE certifications highly desirable)
    • Office 365
    • Windows Server
    • Microsoft services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO)
    • Networking (experience with Checkpoint firewall and HP switches is a plus)
    • VDI, Microsoft Azure, and MDM
  • Experience with video conferencing support (Cisco WebEx, Zoom, Polycom)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development

Skills Required

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
