As an IT Support Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for all technical needs across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Highly Organized: Ability to multi-task, prioritize IT tickets independently, and maintain accurate inventory records. Technical Fundamentals: Familiarity with operating systems, basic networking, MDM software, and troubleshooting a variety of hardware/mobile devices.
