ABOUT THE POSITION (Remote)

As IT Support Analyst, you’ll keep Visante’s technology infrastructure, applications, and systems running reliably—and the people who depend on them productive. Working within the IT Operations team, you’ll partner with colleagues across our operational, administrative, executive, and consulting teams to deliver technology operations that are secure, scalable, and dependable day to day. It’s a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys solving problems, owning outcomes end to end, and being the person others trust when something needs to work. This role reports to the Senior Director, Information Technology. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities      

  • Oversee end-to-end hardware asset management, including procurement, lifecycle planning, and security compliance for all devices. 
  • Manage laptop lifecycle processes, including collection, secure wiping, redeployment, and distribution to employees.
  • Coordinate device provisioning and configuration to ensure timely onboarding and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Monitor and optimize software license inventory, ensuring compliance, renewals, and cost efficiency through utilization tracking. 
  • Serve as an escalation point for support desk issues; ensure timely resolution of end-user hardware and software incidents.
  • Support desktop services, including imaging, patching, configuration, and ongoing device maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and coordinate with vendors on fixes, updates, and   patches.
  • Track, analyze, and report on support metrics and security alerts to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, processes, and change management records.
  • Collaborate across IT and business teams, supporting projects, onboarding/offboarding activities, user training, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

Required: High school diploma or equivalent 

Preferred: A bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent work experience 

Experience

Required: 5+ years of experience supporting IT systems for small to medium-sized businesses. Experience participating in IT projects and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams 

Preferred:  Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC, or similar regulatory standards. Experience with enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud solutions.
