Provides consulting and project leadership for health system pharmacy engagements. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, diagnosing client challenges, developing solutions, managing project delivery, facilitating meetings, creating presentations and deliverables, supporting implementation, and providing specialized expertise across infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, pharmacy operations, supply chain, revenue cycle, and 340B optimization. The role includes on-site and remote client support, stakeholder relationship management, and short-term client leadership.

Act as a liaison and sales representative to hospitals and clinics to raise awareness of infusion services, coordinate referrals and discharge planning, educate clinical staff and patients, facilitate timely placement for home infusion/infusion suite/enteral services, and grow business through relationship-building with referral sources.

Serve as a liaison and sales representative to hospitals and clinics to raise awareness of Infusion Services, educate referral sources and patients, coordinate discharge and placement for home infusion or enteral services, build referral relationships, and support growth of Home Infusion Services through outreach and care coordination.

Act as a liaison and sales representative to hospital and clinic staff to raise awareness of Home Infusion Services, educate referral sources and patients, coordinate discharge and referral placement, and grow referral business through relationship-building and timely coordination of care.

Provide onsite oncology and ambulatory pharmacy services including medication therapy management, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, medication-safety and quality-improvement initiatives, documentation, and operational support to optimize medication use and ensure safe, effective care.

Lead design, implementation, and management of 340B pharmacy programs; ensure federal, state, and organizational compliance; oversee audits, reporting, software integration, inventory, purchasing, and training; optimize operations and client relationships across mixed-use, retail-owned, and contract pharmacies.

Lead pharmacy optimization projects for health systems, assessing workflows, developing clinical guidelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering implementation plans. Provide 340B program optimization, mentor pharmacy staff, manage project plans and budgets, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and liaise with multidisciplinary teams to improve operational efficiency, patient safety, and financial outcomes.

Provide analytical and operational support for 340B program clients: monitor records and inventory, maintain client software (CDM/Crosswalk), troubleshoot, analyze data, create deliverables, and support multiple 340B service engagements.

Lead and coordinate clinical quality, safety, and regulatory/accreditation programs for field services. Develop metrics, analyze trends, manage event reviews (errors, near-misses, adverse events), recommend improvements, oversee policy and competency initiatives, and partner with client quality and clinical teams to drive standardization and compliance.

Lead and manage 340B optimization client engagements, design and implement tailored pharmacy solutions, analyze data, present findings, mentor team members, maintain stakeholder relationships, ensure timely delivery within budget, and stay current on industry best practices.

Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management, monitoring for safety and efficacy, patient education, regulatory compliance, and participation in quality improvement and interdisciplinary initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and cost-effectiveness.

Provide onsite oncology and ambulatory pharmacy care: manage medication therapy, deliver patient education, document care, identify and resolve drug-related problems, lead medication-safety and quality-improvement initiatives, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
