Provides analytical and operational support for 340B pharmacy services. Responsibilities include monitoring purchasing accounts and inventory, troubleshooting client software, maintaining product crosswalks and NDC data, analyzing discrepancies, preparing project deliverables, conducting research, and collaborating with teams to complete client engagements. Requires a bachelor’s degree, one year of relevant experience, and Apexus ACE certification within three months of hire.

Conducts targeted outreach to health system leaders through email, LinkedIn, calls, events, webinars, and referrals. Qualifies inbound and outbound prospects, leads discovery conversations, identifies decision makers and buying timelines, schedules executive meetings, nurtures opportunities, and maintains accurate CRM records. Partners with Sales VPs, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to align outreach with commercial priorities, improve speed-to-lead and meeting attendance, and generate qualified pipeline opportunities.

Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management, monitoring for safety and efficacy, patient education, regulatory compliance, and participation in quality improvement and interdisciplinary initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and cost-effectiveness.

Provides onsite pharmacy and clinic-based support in specialty and ambulatory oncology settings. Manages medication therapy, identifies and resolves drug-related problems, educates patients, documents care, addresses medication safety issues, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. The role also supports quality improvement, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and program development while delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Provides consulting and project leadership for health system pharmacy engagements. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, diagnosing client challenges, developing solutions, managing project delivery, facilitating meetings, creating presentations and deliverables, supporting implementation, and providing specialized expertise across infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, pharmacy operations, supply chain, revenue cycle, and 340B optimization. The role includes on-site and remote client support, stakeholder relationship management, and short-term client leadership.

Serve as a liaison and sales representative to hospitals and clinics to raise awareness of Infusion Services, educate referral sources and patients, coordinate discharge and placement for home infusion or enteral services, build referral relationships, and support growth of Home Infusion Services through outreach and care coordination.
