The IT Support Analyst - Hybrid role is an entry-level individual contributor position, ideal for candidates with higher education and a genuine passion for IT. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least four days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will be IT literate and eager to develop their professional skills under the guidance of a manager and experienced team members. The role requires supporting global business colleagues through a hybrid support model that operates across multiple channels. Day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on demand across these channels and evolving business needs. Candidates should be adaptable and prepared to work on whichever channel requires support at any given time, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to progressing their IT career. The support channels include:
- Service Desk Support via phone and chat
- In-person / on-site Support
We will count on you to:
- Support global business colleagues through our hybrid support model
- Collaborate globally with a “Team of Teams” style approach
- Assist in the setup and configuration of laptops, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Help configure laptops and perform basic tune-up services as required
- Use the Incident Management system to log and track support activities
- Support proactive outreach initiatives based on data from performance management systems
- Assist with the setup and operation of audio and visual hardware as required by the business
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of non-desktop technology infrastructure components at the request of other service towers
- Registers all new hardware and software assets in the asset management tool, ensuring records are maintained throughout each assets’ lifecycle.
- Proactively seek development opportunities and relevant training, in addition to completing all mandatory training requirements
What you need to have:
- Up to two years related work experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of industry standard desktop operating systems, common software and hardware used in an office environment
- Thorough troubleshooting and analysis skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication both in English and Romanian
