WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our Technology team empowers Rain Makers to advance Talking Rain’s connections through constant technology modernization, education, and security. You’ll lead the charge, defining strategy and partnering with your internal customers on solutions that change the way we work.

Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA office 4+ days a week

Annual Bonus Potential: 7% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $30.00 (depending on experience)

Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users providing:

    • Training to end users to become more efficient and adept with technology as opportunities present themselves.

    • Basic troubleshooting

    • Password resets

    • Common software configuration issues

    • Conference room and printer support

  • Meet established SLAs to ensure positive customer interactions working within our internal ticketing system and escalating issues when necessary.

  • Provide insight into projects or tasks that enhance the user experience

  • Assist with provisioning, changing and decommissioning of users including:

    • User accounts for Office365

    • Establishing remote access

    • Providing access to business systems

    • Proper disposal of company data

    • Provisioning and configuration of laptops and end user devices

  • Assist with asset management and inventory.

  • Assist with documenting problem resolution steps to build knowledge base.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Certifications in A+ or MCP considered but not required.

  • Working knowledge of desktop support at mid-size to large enterprises.

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to speak both to technical engineers and nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-resolution abilities.

    • HQ Directors/VPs – Vehicle Stipend – This role qualifies for a vehicle stipend equaling $650/$800 monthly.

Please note, eligibility for our full benefits package is based on an average of 30+ hours per week in regular (not temporary) positions.
