Manages the contract manufacturing network, including sourcing, qualification, contracts, onboarding, financial performance, KPIs, risk management, and executive business reviews. Leads supply chain roadmap projects, process improvement, innovation initiatives, and corrective actions. Partners cross-functionally to ensure continuity of supply, food safety, quality, and SQF compliance while supporting category strategy and profitable growth.

Leads beverage product development from concept and benchtop formulation through commercialization. Develops prototypes, conducts trials and experiments, analyzes results, establishes specifications and costs, and solves technical formulation and production problems. Collaborates with marketing, quality, operations, procurement, engineering, suppliers, and co-packers to launch and optimize products. Ensures food safety and quality compliance while managing multiple projects and supporting innovation, cost reduction, and process improvement.
