The Financial Reporting Manager prepares monthly financial statements, manages audits, oversees internal controls, leads the accounting team, and provides financial insights.

In this role, you will manage and develop sales with regional grocery accounts, analyze data, create business plans, and collaborate with field teams to drive volume.

Support the Business Management team in organizing and coordinating operations, executive support, and office management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Lead a regional sales zone to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets. Manage distributor network and key retail accounts, execute retail programming, direct and benchmark sales teams, forecast and manage budgets, drive cost control, develop succession and training plans, collaborate with corporate, and provide quarterly sales plan updates. Travel up to 25%.

Design and implement end-to-end data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Lead data modeling, ETL pipelines, BI reporting (Power BI), data governance, and performance optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical leadership, and deliver scalable, secure data platforms to support business insights and decision-making.
