A typical day as an IT Support Administrator might include:
Manage incoming customer requests, resolve basic issues, and escalate as needed while providing excellent customer service.
Maintain IT Asset Management system, update records, and assist with audits.
Purchase supplies, materials and IS related equipment consistent with quality and delivery expectations.
Maintain stock items and reconcile inventory levels for IS materials.
Work independently to manage small projects and assist with large cross-divisional projects as assigned.
Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Pay Range Data
$30.29 - $44.76 an hour. We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the IT Support Administrator level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
