Role: Windows/O365 Administrator
• Would be member of Window global system admin team

Job Description:
• Support O365 services – Email, Intune, Teams, OneDrive.
• Provide Windows server administration & support.
• Support Windows server patching through WSUS server infrastructure.
• Windows server security compliance and remediation.
• Set up and troubleshoot any issues with core infrastructure services like DHCP and File/Print services.
• Work on Windows Infrastructure upgrade/improvement projects/tasks.
• Install/Configure Windows servers & perform Windows server OS upgrades.
Skills Required:
• Should have working experience on O365 technologies.
• Technical knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with Windows Operating System.
• Should have good knowledge of Microsoft server 2016/2019/2022/2025.
• Should have knowledge of Infrastructure services Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies.
• Strong analytical/problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good written and verbal Communications Skills.
Experience:
• Should possess 5+ yrs. of relevant Office 365/windows server administration experience.
• Prior experience of providing global customers remotely.
Qualification:
• Degree in Engineering (CS/Electronics/IT)
