We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and help ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role involves assisting end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering reliable support in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support for end users, both on-site and through phone and remote support
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights through Active Directory
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications and resolve related issues
- Ability to prioritize urgent requests
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strive to achieve the highest SLA
- This role is fully on-site (No hybrid) with changing shifts between 08:00-17:00 and 09:00-18:00
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in IT roles
- Technical knowledge with Windows environment: Windows 11, Office, Active Directory, & Microsoft online services: EntraID, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams
- Experience troubleshooting Laptops, Desktops, Printers & Multimedia equipment issues
- Experience with Linux, networking fundamentals, RMM tools, PowerShell scripting and MacOS – a significant advantage
- English proficiency
