What will you do at SuperPlay?We’re looking for a talented IT Support to join our R&D team and support IT activities, provide services to employees and be involved in planning and implementing IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance (in person, via phone, email and ticket support center).
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Install and troubleshoot end user equipment, software, hardware, multimedia and telecommunications systems.
- Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on client questions and problems.
- Follow standard IT procedures, logging all IT interactions and administering helpdesk software.
- Redirect issues to the appropriate resource.
- Identify situations requiring urgent attention.

- 2 year of experience as a IT Support Specialist.
- High customer orientation skills.
- Familiarity with hardware components (desktops, laptops and servers).
- Experience handling IT tasks on MacOS and Windows OS.
- Good understanding of an IT backend environment (Single Sign-On, Active directory, O365, G-Suite, Fortigate and Jumpcloud).
- Well-experienced in supporting end-user desktop applications such as internet browsers, printing, antivirus, etc.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with employees in a multitasking environment.
- Fluent Hebrew & English
Skills Required
- 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.
