The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure.

This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of systems, networks, servers, and related services.

The coordinator will collaborate with global and local IT teams to deliver high‑quality technical support, implement infrastructure solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Support & Maintenance

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, network equipment, storage systems, and backup solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to ensure system stability and security.
  • Support virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper‑V).

User & Systems Support

  • Provide first‑level and second‑level support for infrastructure‑related incidents.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and system performance.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security policies within Active Directory and other enterprise systems.

Network Administration

  • Assist in managing LAN/WAN environments.
  • Participate in network upgrade projects.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and company policies.
  • Perform system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security monitoring tasks.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in infrastructure upgrade and deployment projects.
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize performance, reliability, and automation.

 

 

Required Qualifications

 

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network support.

 

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Windows Server administration and Active Directory services.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper‑V).
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with backup/restore technologies and monitoring tools.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware (servers, switches, storage devices).

 

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure in critical situations.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to service excellence.

 

Language Skills

  • Good spoken and written English comprehension and communication.
    (Ability to collaborate with international teams, understand technical documentation, and participate in global meetings.)
