What’s it like being an IT Specialist at Didomi?
- You are the go-to person for IT issues, helping colleagues via JIRA tickets and Slack (e.g., “my computer is slow”, “I can’t access Google Workspace”).
- You set up and maintain laptops (MacOS & Windows), ensuring compliance through JAMF and Intune.
- You run onboarding and offboarding, from account setup to laptop recovery.
- You support developers with TV SDK testing and other on-site needs.
- You keep IT stock organized and ready for new joiners.
- You contribute to a security-first culture, applying policies across devices and systems.
IT Support & Operations
- Be the main point of contact for IT-related requests (hardware, software, accounts, access rights).
- Manage support through JIRA and maintain IT documentation for internal users.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare and deploy IT equipment for new joiners (Windows & MacOS).
- Manage account creation and access across Google Workspace, Slack, Office 365, and internal systems.
- Handle smooth offboarding: recover equipment, deactivate accounts, and manage data retention.
- Continuously improve the onboarding experience in collaboration with HR.
Device & Infrastructure Management
- Manage IT equipment lifecycle: ordering, configuration, maintenance, repair, and recycling.
- Keep IT stocks (Paris, Lille, remote) organized and ready.
- Support TV SDK developers in Paris with test devices and setup.
- Ensure proper functioning of local networking infrastructure.
IT Security
- Apply security controls and updates for all company devices.
- Manage internal tools and permission structures (shared mailboxes, groups).
- Ensure compliance with security policies (ISO 27001 alignment).
Sustainability
- Contribute to equipment reuse and recycling.
- Promote awareness around environmental responsibility within IT practices.
Technical skills required
- Fluent in English and French.
- 2+ years of experience with JAMF and Intune.
- 2+ years of experience administering Google Workspace.
- 1+ year with Microsoft licenses.
- Strong technical skills on Windows & MacOS systems.
Soft skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service mindset.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative.
Nice to have
- Hardware maintenance experience.
- Apple Business Manager experience.
