About The Role
As an IT Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our technology infrastructure, ensuring our systems remain secure, efficient, and scalable. You will manage a variety of IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that keep our business running smoothly. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to enhance security and efficiency.
- Build and maintain IT strategy across system centralization, IT inventory, cyber security, and employee policies.
- Lead the implementation of new tools, systems, and technologies to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address IT needs.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company security policies.
- Document processes and provide training to employees on IT tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, support, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of network management and Windows/iOS systems.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as managing IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and tools to safeguard company systems and data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in our Bengaluru office with a fully in-person team.
