- Onsite Support (OSS) handles all IT hardware devices on a site. The scope of work includes Maintaining, Analysing, Troubleshooting, Installing computer hardware, software, network, video conference rooms
- Provide hands and feet support for global IT teams.
- OSS will support all IT services that require on site activities.
Job Requirement:
- Experience in workplace services support
- Experience in Data Center and Server Room support
- Experience in Connectivity Infrastructure support
- Familiar with ServiceNow
- BCH degree or above.
