Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Design Lead, who will support analysis of new solutions with technical expertise within domain / platform architecture in Service Business Solutions Team in close collaboration with business partners and various IT teams.

How you will make an impact

  • Partner with the Technical Architects and Enterprise Architects to define and continuously evolve the end-to-end solution and platform/s strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, processes, and technology capabilities.
  • Support the Program Manager by translating complex business demands into fit-for-purpose solution designs, evaluating functional, architectural, and integration implications.
  • Lead the solution design and option assessment activities, recommending optimal solutions across Salesforce, SAP (S/4HANA), MuleSoft, AI-based solutions, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Identify and assess new tools, platforms, and technologies to address emerging or unique business requirements within the Service IT landscape.
  • Support commercial and delivery decisions by evaluating supplier proposals, solution architectures, and delivery approaches, recommending the most effective way forward.
  • Own and maintain the overall solution architecture, application landscape, and future-state integration blueprint for Business Process Solutions within the IT landscape.
  • Review and validate supplier deliverables against business requirements, functional design, and architectural expectations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Actively contribute to innovation and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, working hands-on with architects and developers to validate new concepts and emerging technologies.
  • Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and IT, leveraging strong integration knowledge and stakeholder management skills.

Your Background

  • 10+ years of experience in solution, application, or platform architecture within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong business process knowledge in at least two or more of the following areas: Installed Base Management, Field Service Management, Asset Performance Management, Tools Management, Customer Portal, Sites Management.
  • Hands-on experience in ecosystems involving Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud-based integrations. Strong understanding of integration patterns, API-led architectures, and event-driven solutions.
  • Experience leading or strongly influencing technical teams, or deep development background (5+ years) with readiness for solution ownership.
  • Solid technical foundation, ideally with exposure to .NET/C#, SQL, JavaScript, integration layers, DevOps tooling and practices, including code repositories, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
