IT Solution Architect (Infrastructure)

We’re looking for an IT Solution Architect (Infrastructure) to join us at Telia.

I’m Mindaugas Zlatarinskas, Manager of IT Infrastructure Solutions team, and I’m searching for someone ready to be an architect of IT infrastructure transformation for largest Baltic enterprises. We’re a forward-thinking team focused on designing and implementing customized IT infrastructure solutions.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be setting the course for IT excellence by designing complex IT infrastructure solutions for the largest enterprises in the Baltic region. You will:

• Analyze and convert business requirements into technical designs.

• Design advanced infrastructure solutions leveraging traditional and hyperscale cloud technologies.

• Conduct solution presentations and provide technical clarity in the pre-sales meetings.

• Standardize infrastructure solutions into reference architecture for future projects.

• Contribute to R&D activities - explore emerging technologies, organize and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and shape future IT strategies through shared insights.

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are customer and results oriented, excel at analyzing client needs, collaborating with stakeholders, delivering feasible, impactful solutions that are commercially sound. You should also have:            

• Proven experience in such roles as Senior IT Administrator or IT Infrastructure/Solution Architect

• Solid background in designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions

• Advantages: Familiarity with hyperscale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), pre-sales engagements, and experience estimating and optimizing solution costs.

Monthly salary range for this position - 4300 - 6400 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
