On-Site Support Engineer provides direct support to users in their locations or regions. He/She will be our second and third line of support, and need to ensure the best possible support for NXP IT services on-site, as well as provide support for global projects and implementations.
The key responsibilities are:
- Generic Breakfix & IMAC Support
- Software IMAC & Configuration
- R&D Support
- Site Infrastructure Support
- Site Server Room Support
- 3rd Party Coordination & Event Management (Meeting Rooms)
- Asset Management
- Depot and stock management
- Additional Operations Task
- Reporting
Job Requirement:
- Familiar with ITIL framework
- Experience in workplace services support
- Experience in Data Center and Server Room support
- Experience in Connectivity Infrastructure support
- Familiar with ServiceNow
