• Provides direct support to users in their locations or regions
• Generic Breakfix & IMAC Support
• Software IMAC & Configuration
• R&D Support
• Site Infrastructure Support
• Site Server Room Support
• 3rd Party Coordination & Event Management (Meeting Rooms)
• Asset Management
• Depot and stock management
• Additional Operations Task
• Reporting
Requirements:
• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or other
• 2+ years of experience and ability to solve complex problems with creative options and drive successful negotiations with project stakeholders.
• Familiar with ITIL framework
• Experience in workplace services support
• Experience in Data Center and Server Room support
• Experience in Connectivity Infrastructure support
• Familiar with ServiceNow
