This role offers an opportunity to drive Agile delivery and foster collaboration within cross-functional teams. As an IT Scrum Lead, you will contribute to our mission by enabling efficient delivery through Scrum practices and coaching teams on Agile principles. You’ll gain exposure to global projects, continuous learning, and career growth in a supportive environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
- Act as a coach to the Scrum Team and stakeholders, promoting Agile principles and values.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain backlog and clarify priorities.
- Ensure Scrum artifacts (e.g., burndown charts) are maintained and accessible.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Scrum Foundation Certification and Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe).
- Understanding of Agile metrics and analytics.
- Effective communication and risk mitigation skills.
- Shift Schedule: Fixed Schedule – 8am to 5pm EST.
- Work set-up: 3-day work on site per week in Quezon City.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in monitoring and performance management.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Agile tools.
