Job DescriptionThe IT Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging clients to understand their technology and business requirements, and driving revenue growth through IT services and solution sales. The role includes managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, coordinating with internal delivery/technical teams for solution proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships for account growth and client satisfaction. The person will also be responsible for driving business expansion and strengthening the presence in the Spain through strategic sales and account development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Spanish market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer business and technology requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to create customized solution proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Support account growth through upselling and long-term customer engagement.
- 12+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build client relationships and manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages is a must.
