Job DescriptionPROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this role, you’ll lead international IT projects across Sales, Finance, and eCommerce, taking full ownership from initial concept through successful deployment. This includes defining project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements, while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Working with cross-functional teams and external implementation partners, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS & REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT
In close collaboration with business stakeholders, you’ll analyze existing processes, identify challenges, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements. You’ll facilitate workshops, evaluate solution options, and help design scalable and sustainable approaches that deliver tangible business value. By challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities for optimization, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of both processes and applications.
SOLUTION DELIVERY & QUALITY ASSURANCE
You’ll coordinate all phases of solution delivery, including design, testing, deployment, and hypercare, ensuring that solutions meet defined business requirements and quality standards. By overseeing go-live activities and working closely with business teams, support functions, and external partners, you’ll ensure smooth implementation and successful adoption. Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll monitor progress, proactively address delivery risks, and facilitate a seamless transition into operational support.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION
Building strong relationships across business and IT functions will be key to your success. You’ll act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, consultants, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment and transparent communication throughout project execution. By providing clear updates, managing expectations, resolving issues, and supporting change management activities, you’ll drive engagement and help ensure successful project outcomes.
BUSINESS APPLICATIONS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Beyond project delivery, you’ll play an active role in shaping and continuously improving our Sales and eCommerce application landscape. Together with business stakeholders and technical experts, you’ll identify opportunities to optimize systems and processes, drive application enhancements from concept to implementation, and ensure that business applications continue to evolve with changing business needs. You’ll also contribute to application governance, documentation, and knowledge sharing to support long-term operational excellence.
Qualifications
University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
Project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is considered an advantage
Fluent English skills, German is a plus
At least five years of experience in delivering IT projects, business application initiatives, or related technology projects
Proven track record of managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment
Experience in business requirements engineering, stakeholder collaboration, and managing external implementation partners, ideally combined with hands-on expertise in SAP and CRM solutions
Exposure to Snowflake, reporting, and data and analytics platforms is a plus
Ideally, experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
