The role will take end-to-end responsibility for assessing and leveraging enterprise change and regulatory programmes within a heavily governed banking environment. You will act as a critical bridge between technology delivery and regulatory compliance, ensuring all initiatives meet the highest standards of governance.

YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Delivery: Independently perform regulatory assessments on technology projects to identify gaps, ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, guidelines, and circulars, and align with internal partners to achieve full regulatory compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Develop and prioritize delivery plan in close collaboration with various IT project teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide credible, objective reporting and tailored delivery recommendations to senior executives and governance forums.
  • Governance & Compliance: Coordinate closely with Risk, Compliance, and other IT functions to ensure all programmes remain fully audit-ready with transparent decision traceability.
  • Scope Management: Manage cross-functional programme stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations on how to leverage existing work across various partners, ensuring efficient delivery and avoiding duplication of effort.

YOUR PROFILE
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT, Auditing, Risk Management, Banking, or Business Process, preferably within leading banks or professional services firms.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to independently manage technology and regulatory programmes within a banking or complex financial services environment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Hong Kong regulatory framework pertaining to the Information Technology space.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and regulatory concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Language: Mandatory proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
