Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software development, distributed professional teams, software quality assessments, and all-things-digital solutions, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Junior+ Recruiter to join our growing global team.
In this role, you will be involved in the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical (IT) and non-technical positions — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles
- Post job openings and actively source candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and screenings
- Coordinate with hiring managers and provide candidate recommendations
- Manage interview stages, feedback, and offer processes
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and tools
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, or internship)
- Interest in recruiting for a variety of roles (technical and non-technical)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English level: Intermediate or higher (both spoken and written)
- Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow
- Willingness to take full ownership of the recruitment cycle
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Djinni or other sourcing tools
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems
- Prior work with Junior to Mid-level positions
