We’re building a team where everyone can grow fast — and now we’re looking for a Junior Recruiter ready to start this journey.
You’ll work side by side with experienced recruiters, learn sourcing tools and hiring processes from scratch.
Some experience is a plus, but we’re open to motivated newcomers who are eager to learn and take ownership.

As a recruiter at Solidgate, you’ll directly influence how fast we grow, how strong our culture becomes, and how far we can go in our mission. Your work won’t be hidden in spreadsheets — it will be visible in every product shipped, every new market entered, and every milestone achieved.

— Full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and first contact to pre-boarding of candidates.
— Work with ATS (Teamtailor), dashboards, and automation tools to keep processes structured.
— Cooperate with hiring managers, adjust and improve search strategies.
— Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
— Create a positive candidate experience and contribute to the employer brand development.

— 0.5–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (or strong motivation to start your career in this field).
— Proactivity and the ability to manage your time effectively.
— Excellent communication skills.
— English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
— Desire to learn fast, take initiative, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter.
