- Act as a recruiting partner for hiring managers and stakeholders
- Deeply understand the business logic and hiring needs, and develop recruiting strategies (to identify, attract, and retain key employees)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (Software Engineers — C#, Python, Rust, ML, QA — as well as Product Managers, Product Designers, Global Services, etc.)
- Collect, analyze, and improve recruiting metrics and statistics
- Monitor the recruiting budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Negotiate and prepare job offers for final candidates
- Act as an employer brand ambassador by promoting a positive candidate experience
- Lead or participate in other HR projects (Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Referral Program, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Must have:
- 3–5 years of proven, high-volume recruiting experience in the IT sector (preferably in-house)
- Hands-on experience with specialized candidate sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, forums, GitHub, networking, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HR administration and local labor laws (Bulgarian, Serbian, Turkish)
- Ability to calculate gross/net salaries, and both fixed and variable compensation components, and other recruiting metrics
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with sound judgment to achieve company goals
- Fluent English (any additional language is a plus)
Nice to have:
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with people at all levels, both internally and externally
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, BambooHR, Outlook 360, Zoom, and Figma
- Desire to take responsibility and initiative
