The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Associate Portfolio Manager, you'll drive game releases across the finish line by owning the operational workflows behind launch execution. Supporting Black Throne Studio, you'll work closely with Game Producers, Engineers, QA, and Product teams to move new games and features seamlessly from development through QA, submission, and release. In this role, you'll manage tooling, timelines, and risk management, designing scalable workflows that bring high-impact titles to market with speed and precision.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full release lifecycle for games and features, ensuring smooth and successful launches.
- Translate regulatory updates and team inputs into clear requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain real-time dashboards, trackers, and documentation to provide visibility into schedules, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate across QA, Engineering and Operation teams to align on launch windows, internal reviews, and submission timelines.
- Track bugs and blockers, working closely with Engineering and QA to drive quick resolution.
- Identify and escalate risks early, ensuring issues are addressed before they impact delivery.
- Continuously improve tooling, workflows, and documentation to scale release operations as we grow.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- At least 3 years of experience in production coordination, program operations, or release management, ideally within gaming or tech environments.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, AirTable, and Google Workspace.
- A data-first, detail-obsessed mindset with the ability to quickly learn and optimize new tools and workflows.
- Clear and confident communication skills that foster alignment across teams.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple disciplines and priorities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive for process improvement and execution excellence.
