We're looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Experienced Hiring team, partnering with IT leaders across Europe to attract and hire top technical talent. You'll combine sourcing expertise, market insights, and stakeholder influence to help shape hiring decisions and engage some of the most sought-after professionals in the market.
You'll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team that values ownership, learning, and fresh thinking, while gaining experience across talent advisory, stakeholder management, and strategic hiring.
We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex hiring challenges while building strong partnerships with candidates and business leaders alike.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles across Europe.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent, including passive candidates.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, helping them navigate talent market realities and make informed hiring decisions.
- Use data, market insights, and competitive intelligence to influence recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
- Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect P&G's values and strengthen our employer brand.
- Build diverse talent pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs.
- Lead offer discussions and candidate closing strategies, ensuring we secure the best talent in competitive markets.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that continuously improve how we attract, assess, and hire talent.

Job Qualifications
You are the right fit if you have:- Prior experience recruiting experienced professionals, ideally within technology, digital, engineering, or IT environments.
- Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capability, with a track record of engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders through data, insights, and market expertise.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to operate as a consultant to senior business leaders.
- A curious, proactive, and resilient mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
- Experience using modern recruiting technologies, CRMs, and talent intelligence tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
