Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, you will join the Talent team in making a huge impact on the future of Agio’s culture and teams. You will work on a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced environment to keep up with hiring demands across a range of different departments. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting across our India and Philippines regions. This role will be a trusted team partner who owns task load and works independently to achieve established targets and deadlines.
Please note that this is a 6-month, short-term contract role to fill the need of a high volume of priority IT role recruitment in our India and Philippines markets. An ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing highly technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Drive application generation strategies to find and engage top talent across India and the Philippines hiring markets
- Engage top talent across a diversity of career focus areas including but not limited to Managed IT, Client Support, Cybersecurity, and Engineering
- Work with hiring managers to understand business and position requirements
- Build and execute sourcing and interview plans to develop, grow, and nurture candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Conduct initial candidate screens and present prospects to hiring teams
- Manage upkeep of ATS and assist the Talent Acquisition team in interview scheduling and troubleshooting interview malfunctions
- Regularly track, report on, and update outreach and pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
- Act as a brand ambassador for Agio representing our culture and core company values
Requirements
- Passion for engaging both active and passive candidates
- 4+ years in Talent Acquisition as a Specialist, Sourcer, or Recruiter strongly preferred
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse experience is a plus
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suit: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with social media platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Effective organizational and time management skills with a drive to win and solve problems
- Successful track record of achieving deadlines, targets, and goals
- Sound judgement
- Must be an effective communicator who enjoys interacting with others and exhibits great people skills.
