We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced APAC Recruiter based in the Philippines to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and a proven track record in sourcing and hiring talent through LinkedIn and other channels. This is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting our APAC hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles across the APAC region.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and strategies, especially within the APAC region.
- Proven 4+ Years of experience as IT recruiter, preferably within the APAC region.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with remote hiring processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
