Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Cracow, Hybrid (3 days a week from office)
 

Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience successfully leading complex projects within multinational organizations, specifically in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a pivotal role for a true builder and leader – someone who anticipates challenges and implements solutions before issues arise. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global operations, demonstrate exceptional cultural awareness, and thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
      • Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies before issues materialise.
      • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiencies and innovative solutions across project teams.
      • Coordinate and collaborate with diverse, global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and seamless delivery across borders.
      • Navigate and manage the complexities of multinational regulatory frameworks, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical compliance and best practices.
      • Mentor, coach, and develop project teams, instilling a sense of ownership and accountability.
      • Establish and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, delivering on time and within scope.
      • Champion a safety-first approach and ensure the highest standards of quality throughout project lifecycles.

      Skills & Qualifications:

      • At least 10 years’ proven project management experience within complex, multinational environments.
      • Significant expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, with a thorough understanding of sector-specific regulations and requirements.
      • Track record of building and implementing robust project frameworks from the ground up.
      • Demonstrated ability to pre-empt and resolve issues before they escalate.
      • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
      • Outstanding cultural awareness and sensitivity, with experience working in diverse international teams.
      • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
