Greenvolt is looking for a Project Manager to join the IT Transformation Office team, playing a central role in managing and delivering strategic IT projects aligned with the group’s digital transformation plan. The main mission will be to lead the implementation of solutions/systems, with a strong focus on system integrations, promoting innovation and technological efficiency in collaboration with various business areas.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the mission described above, taking on the following tasks:
- Project management or PMO role in information systems implementation projects;
- Monitor project KPIs to track progress, deliverables, and ensure proper updates and reporting to various project stakeholders;
- Monitor project performance, identifying solutions for potential deviations;
- Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks, as well as develop and execute risk mitigation strategies;
- Manage project teams under their responsibility, including internal and external members, in coordination with different business areas;
- Ensure efficient integration between different systems and platforms;
- Challenge and validate proposed functional solutions, ensuring they are aligned with Greenvolt’s overall technology landscape and promote optimal use of existing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or similar fields;
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management (preferably CRM, FSM, and/or SAP);
- Proven experience in system integration projects (mandatory);
- Experience with SAP (valued);
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (valued);
- Experience with Agile methodology;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus;
- Positive leadership skills in cross-functional teams, with strong engagement and motivation capabilities;
- Agility and ability to act quickly in uncertain situations;
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Project Management Tools, and collaborative platforms;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
