IT Project Manager

We are currently searching for a IT Project Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional, global teams to achieve positive outcomes and deliver world-class IT solutions for our client.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver complex projects and/or programs prioritized in alignment with business needs and client expectations.
• Manage projects that may include multiple technology disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts.
• Establish clear stakeholder expectations and consistently communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams.
• Identify project risks and develop solid mitigation plans.
• Monitor performance in project and program control activities and adhere to stringent reporting requirements.
• Solve complex problems that require critical thinking.
• Communicate effectively and routinely engage with senior business and technology leaders.
• Contribute to the success and continuous improvement of a premier technology Project Management Office (PMO).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience (YOE) in Information Technology project management.
• Proven experience with Jira.
• Proven ability to lead and build cross-functional teams.
• Consistent track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Experience managing complex projects/programs at an enterprise level.
• Expertise in project management best practices.
• Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with senior leadership.

Desired:

• Experience within a formal Project Management Office (PMO) structure.
• Experience with projects involving business process re-engineering.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
