We are currently searching for a IT Program/Project Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional and global teams to deliver world-class IT solutions.
- Plan, organize, and control complex IT projects and/or programs.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with client expectations and business priorities.
- Manage projects involving multiple technology domains and/or business process reengineering.
- Operate within a structured Project Management Office (PMO) focused on best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing complex IT projects across functional and global teams.
- Proven ability to align project goals with strategic business needs.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and methodologies.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
