Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and coordination of internal IT projects aimed at improving the tools and processes of the IT department. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure the success of IT projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the projects for evolving internal IT tools and infrastructures:
- Define and frame the requirements in collaboration with the Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and Support teams;
- Ensure the planning, monitoring, and coordination of projects;
- Manage resources, budgets and risks related to the projects;
- Oversee implementation;
- Support change management and ensure user training.
Contribute to the overall management of the Information System (IS):
Contribute to the optimization and standardization of IT processes, repositories, tooling, and associated systems.
Qualifications- Academic Background: Technical Training or Degree in Computer Science, Networks and Systems or similar;
- 5 years of experience in management of IT projects with a strong technical component;
- Experience in a SaaS context is a plus;
- Solid experience in IT project management (ideally in a SaaS environment);
- In-depth knowledge of IT architectures (networks, servers, on-premises, and Cloud);
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, ITIL);
- Proven experience in managing technical projects;
- Ability to write technical and functional specifications;
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks;
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) or ITIL certification would be a plus;
- Fluency in French is mandatory.
