Position Overview
Euronext is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the development of new features for backtesting and the production and calculation of indices across two core platforms. As part of our strategic expansion, you will join an agile team of three specialists integrated within the Index business, driving innovation in index development and related analytics.
Working in close partnership with business stakeholders, you will manage projects end-to-end, from ideation and rapid prototyping to production deployment, ensuring that innovation, performance, and reliability are seamlessly delivered across our evolving data ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities include
- Drive IT project delivery, from definition of business case, design of the solution, the execution of the project, following the project rules of the company.
- Drive the stakeholders including Developers, Index structuring team, Operational team and other IT and data teams, to deliver the projects
- Work hand in hand with the business owner to frame new ideas into projects
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles, ensuring iterative progress and flexibility.
- Continuously improve project processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Candidate Profile
Technical Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory), with excellent communication and reporting skills. Knowledge of French (optional, but an asset).
- Proven experience in delivering projects within the financial sector (optional, but an asset).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Sharepoint).

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously explore new tools, technologies, and data techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
