Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our Grains and Oilseeds front-office modernization project in Brazil. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the transition to our target front office system Atlas v2, leveraging their expertise in agri industry project implementation to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Atlas v2 system for Grains and Oilseeds, from planning and design to execution and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and managing risks effectively.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors and consultants as necessary, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project milestones.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and key insights to stakeholders at all levels, facilitating transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
- Plan and engage with other applications to ensure end-to-end delivery of integrated applications.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with complex project management;
- Strong understanding of agri-commodity business. Previous experience in the agriculture industry, with a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges and opportunities;
- Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading implementations in complex organizational environments;
- English (Fluent);
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
