About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to oversee and coordinate our IT projects and initiatives. This role involves managing projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Utilize Jira for project tracking, task management, and reporting
- Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to management
Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years in IT project management or similar role
- Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Scrum processes and Agile frameworks
- Tools: Proficient in Jira and other project management tools
- Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software development or IT infrastructure projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification is a plus
