The IT Project Manager is an energetic, highly collaborative and inspirational leader who assembles and leads project teams, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedule of dependencies to ensure timely completion of work items. Routinely manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks. Familiar with business scope, objectives, and outcomes, as well as the role and function of each team member and their role in achieving those outcomes. When delivering projects, oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, sets strategies and leads project execution to deliver on-time/within budget to meet longer term business value. The IT Project Manager effectively guides the activities of both internal team members and external vendors. They exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Can possess specialized knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding their own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
The successful candidate is a self-starting, independent leader who works with minimal direction to guide their teams. They build strong intrapersonal relationships with peers, leaders, and stakeholders and is viewed as a trusted partner who understands and advocates their desired outcomes and objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, engineering related field. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree 5 years of IT Project management experience.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in practical implementation of IT Solutions using Agile methodologies
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing budgets and burn rates
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- SAFe, Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification
- Knowledge of project management tools ie: Jira Align, ServiceNow PPM, MS Azure Suite
- Experience in the health solutions industry

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$84,600 - $116,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
