Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope and on schedule. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing for new initiatives.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Meeting facilitation and managing multiple projects.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Skilled in project documentation, including security documents and architectural diagrams.
- Analyzing and solving project-related problems.
Qualifications:
- The Project Manager shall have at least 5 years’ experience managing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Effective both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledgeable in Project Management Lifecycle.
- Familiar with Cybersecurity, FISMA framework, and NIST standards.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
