Your day to day will include:
- Taking end-to-end responsibility for all project stages (including discovery, design, development and handover to support)
- Understanding technology-related issues to be able to deliver the best possible solution for our clients
- Having high-level discussions on technical details with the team and the external client
- Managing in-house and remote development teams (mobile, backend, web-frontend)
- Business level understanding of architecture, APIs, CI/CD
- Usage of your amazing change management skills when it comes to unforeseen edge cases
- Handling situations where you have to describe how a function works for non-technical people and also being able to translate business requirements to the technical team
- Creating functional specifications, detailed timeline and delivery plans with appropriate risk and dependency assessment and mitigation plans
- Facilitating sprint planning and development processes to ensure efficient delivery
- Project tracking including budget, scope and schedule tracking

Skills Required
- 5+ years leading end-to-end mobile, backend, or web frontend projects
- Experience successfully delivering a software project over a 9–12 month timeframe
- Experience practicing Agile methodologies and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Experience with Jira, Slack, GitHub, and GitLab
- Business-level understanding of software architecture, APIs, and CI/CD
- Fluent English communication within an international team
