Job DescriptionPROJECT MANAGEMENT
We are seeking a skilled professional who can closely partner with Sales and Finance stakeholders to ensure successful implementations. You will be responsible for delivering robust, user-friendly IT solutions that drive business value and are fully adopted by end users. Your role will encompass managing projects end-to-end, including scope, planning, budget, timeline, risk, quality, and communication. You will lead virtual, international project teams across different time zones, and communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING
In addition, you will develop a solid understanding of Sales and Finance processes to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs. You will evaluate project requirements against the IT roadmap and industry best practices to ensure all process improvements meet organizational standards and support long-term efficiency. Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities across Sales and Finance operations will be a key part of your role.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Moreover, you will build and maintain effective relationships with external vendors and service providers. You will plan and manage the involvement of external resources based on project needs and implementation scope, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
QualificationsMinimum 5 years of IT project management experience ideally in FMCG industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience with SAP modules (e.g. S/4HANA, BW, TPM)
Fluent in English
Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent multitasking and time management skills
Strong people skills – able to connect with others and get business and tech teams working together.
Comfortable leading discussions, managing stakeholders, and influencing decision-makers
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
