Job Overview
• Plans and directs the activities of cross-functional teams assigned to IT projects supporting Real Estate IT infrastructure integrations (M&A office integration, Real Estate office relocations, rightsizes, expansions, decoms)
Essential Functions
• Defines project scope and objectives and executes project plan to completion
• Enforces organizational policies and ensures adherence to quality standards for project teams implementing IT infrastructure and services in office & laboratory buildings.
• Leads cross-functional teams responsible for structured cabling design, network integration, servers, backups & storage, telephony, print, IT security, AV/VC collaboration tools and end user computing equipment
• Under general direction, responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and serves as a single point of contact
• Interfaces with all teams involved with the project including Real Estate/Facilities, business sponsor, general contractor, vendors, procurement and accounts payable.
• Plans and manages resource allocation and task assignments within the project team.
• Directs the activities of the project including overseeing budgets, schedules and testing plans.
• Experience in a multinational IT environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; organizational, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Two years’ experience in IT integration project management role.
• Demonstrated Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Project, MS Excel, SharePoint, One Note and the other Office 365 tools)
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaboratively in a team environment to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• PMP and ITIL certification
