Optimiza is looking for a proactive and organized IT Project Coordinator to support our IT project management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources, ensuring timely updates are communicated to all team members.
  • Manage project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Track project progress and help identify any potential risks or issues, proposing solutions as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain project management tools and dashboards to provide visibility into project status and performance metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements to project processes and workflows.

Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination or support, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid CAPM or PMP Certification is a must
