The IT Project Analyst - Hybrid, Mandaluyong City supports the BIOC-PMU in implementing the Sovereign Operations (SovOps) initiative, along with related systems such as the Gender Equality Management System, Integrated Safeguards Management System, and the Public-Private Partnership Knowledge HubJob Description
We are looking for an IT Project Analyst - Hybrid, Mandaluyong City to play a hybrid role that combines operational coordination, quality assurance, technical output preparation, and administrative oversight. They contribute directly to the preparation of deliverables, tracking implementation progress, organization of
structured data, and facilitation of team workflows. Their role ensures that SovOps, related platforms, and other BIOC initiatives are supported by efficient processes and high-quality outputs. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.
What You'll Do
Technical Outputs and Quality Assurance
Prepare presentation decks and briefing materials by organizing inputs, drafting content, and ensuring messaging clarity, visual coherence, and alignment with PMU standards
Review reports, templates, and system outputs to check for completeness, formatting consistency, and logical flow before submission
Support the consolidation and structuring of content for progress updates, team summaries, and technical working documents
Implementation Tracking and Monitoring
Maintain and regularly update integrated trackers for meetings, action items, deliverables, and submissions across SovOps, GEMS, ISMS, and PPP
Track and flag recurring delays, missed inputs, or coordination issues for timely action by the PMU
Support the preparation of status summaries and updates based on tracker data for internal PMU use
Data and Content Readiness Support
Assist in the preparation, formatting, and organization of data and structured content (e.g., checklists, reference tables) to support data migration or system readiness
Review and validate shared inputs submitted by teams and consultants for completeness, consistency, and usability
Collaborate with technical staff and consultants in preparing deliverables requiring formatting, review, or consolidation
Strategic Administrative and Stakeholder Support
Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and consultations, ensuring alignment of calendars, timely circulation of materials, and smooth execution of events
Coordinate circulation of materials, pre-meeting preparation, minutes of meetings, and follow-through on actions or deliverables
Maintain PMU calendars, team timelines, and shared schedules, ensuring deadlines and priorities are clearly tracked and communicated
Provide administrative support to assigned technical staff, including scheduling, travel coordination, logistical arrangements, and documentation support
Platform and Onboarding Enablement
Organize onboarding of consultants and new staff by organizing digital access, introductory materials, and workspace orientation
Maintain structured and user-friendly document repositories in SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring logical folders and ease of access
Provide basic troubleshooting or walkthroughs for shared digital tools used by PMU
