We are looking for an IT Program Manager to lead and strengthen our IT Project Management Office. In this role, you will establish consistent project management practices, oversee critical enterprise initiatives, and help ensure that IT programs are delivered with quality, accountability, and operational discipline. As an IT Program Manager, you will oversee the IT Project Management Office and support enterprise-wide project excellence. You will be responsible for PMO governance and strategy, project management standards, stage-gate processes, and the continuous improvement of project delivery practices. You will lead and mentor a team of project managers, promote a culture of accountability and professional growth, and manage critical projects from initiation through implementation. You will also coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as a key liaison between project teams, planning functions, and business leadership.

Promote adherence to IT PMO processes, tools, frameworks, and governance practices to support consistent and high-quality execution.
Continuously enhance PMO tools, templates, and methodologies based on lessons learned and evolving business needs.
Lead the IT team’s capacity-planning process and methodology.
Ensure that software development life cycle practices are effectively incorporated into the overall PMO methodology.
Develop and maintain the IT merger and acquisition workplan, covering due diligence, integration planning, and integration execution.
Lead critical projects from initiation through implementation.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate alignment between project management, planning, project teams, and line management.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, progress, and overall delivery status.
Lead, mentor, and develop project management professionals.
A bachelor’s or university degree.
7+ years of project and program management experience.
3+ years of people-management experience, including responsibility for direct reports.
A demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior-level team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
High attention to detail.
The ability to manage complex projects, priorities, schedules, and budgets.
Experience working in a global manufacturing organization is preferred.
The salary range for this position is 65 000 - 75 000 EUR Gross annual, but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
