IT Product Manager
We are seeking an IT Product Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation and support of technology solutions for the Business Resiliency Management Department. In partnership with business leaders identify business needs, define process requirements and systems specifications, and implement the solutions.
We will count on you to:
- Develops and configures the applications used by the Business Resiliency Management Department (i.e., Salesforce / Fusion, Everbridge, PowerBI, Mobile App)
- Codes, tests and debugs software programs and meets project plan goals.
- Promotes updates to applications following the MMC System Development Lifecycle Methodology.
- Works independently to design and develop small technical modules.
- Assists with repairing coding problems.
- Provides technical support to clients on existing problems escalated as appropriate.
- Provides support through help desk; monitors trends and results from technical support calls to advise senior team members on performance of existing systems.
- Acts as a technical resource for other analysts on the team.
- Works with team to develop project plans and communicate software development plans.
What you need to have:
- Subject Matter Experience in Business Resiliency and/or experience in risk management, compliance, or audit roles
- 5 years experience in development and configuration of software primarily including: Salesforce or Fusion or Everbridge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with SLDC tools such as JIRA, ADO and Planview
- Language Requirements: Proficient in English
- Work Shift: North America work hours
