The role sits at the intersection of business strategy, advanced AI research/engineering and application support and development.

We will count on you to:

  • Partner with business product leaders to define vision, development strategy and end‑to‑end implementation plans for operational applications.
  • Build and maintain product roadmaps, communicate priorities, and align stakeholders across Privacy, Vendor Management and Cyber Risk Management.
  • Conduct stakeholder research and vendor product roadmap to inform product enhancement decisions.
  • Translate business strategy and AI research into practical prototypes and production features; define actionable AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead application design efforts with a focus on usability and operational simplicity.
  • Drive development and delivery of solutions that support best‑practice data management and production processes; ensure scalability and long‑term maintainability.
  • Configure, enhance and maintain OneTrust modules to support Privacy and Vendor Risk Management.
  • Identify technology gaps between current and target architectures and recommend remediation or modernization approaches.
  • Evaluate, integrate and pilot emerging technologies that expand platform capabilities and create competitive differentiation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, evaluate third‑party solutions, and oversee vendor deliverables and SLAs.
  • Manage platform operations: ticket resolution within SLAs, ongoing maintenance, platform governance, and adherence to corporate policies.
  • Provide technology guidance and support to Data Privacy, Vendor Management, and Cyber Risk stakeholders; facilitate cross‑functional collaboration.

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of product management, platform management, or technical program management experience in enterprise environments, preferably supporting Legal, Privacy, Compliance or Risk functions.

  • Experience and interest in working with AI or integrating advanced analytics into product roadmaps, including prototyping and operationalizing models.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical tradeoffs to non‑technical stakeholders and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong prioritization, planning and delivery skills; comfortable with ambiguity and cross‑functional coordination.

What makes you stand you:

  • Prior experience in privacy, compliance, legal or vendor risk domain.
  • OneTrust Certification and experience with OneTrust configuration.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
