The Job:
As a Lead Systems Analyst, you’ll be part of our IT – Supply Chain team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
- Serve as the functional/technical lead for the Procurement technology product area, partnering with Procurement Business Process Owners to define vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes (cycle time, compliance, touchless processing, supplier enablement).
- Own and maintain the product backlog (features/user stories), including prioritization, refinement, and alignment to business value and capacity.
- Lead discovery and solution shaping for S2C and P2P initiatives; drive decisions across process standardization vs. local variation.
- Drive AI and automation initiatives across S2C and P2P to improve user experience, increase compliance, reduce cycle times, and enable touchless processing (e.g., workflow automation, intelligent intake, guided buying, PO/PR/invoice automation, and spend/supplier insights).
- Act as the project functional/technical lead for implementations, rollouts, and major enhancements (global/regional), coordinating requirements, design, testing, cutover, and adoption.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define future-state processes and confirm impacts across Procurement, Finance/AP, and upstream/downstream systems.
- Manage functional risks, dependencies, and scope trade-offs; ensure delivery quality and readiness.
- Own end-to-end requirements: business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, control requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and standardize processes across:
- S2C: sourcing events, supplier onboarding/qualification, supplier lifecycle management, contract authoring/approvals, contract repository, and compliance workflows.
- P2P: catalogs/guided buying, requisitioning, approvals, PO lifecycle, receiving, invoicing, matching, exceptions, and supplier enablement.
- Ensure solutions support auditability and key controls (e.g., approval traceability, delegation, tolerance rules, segregation of duties, retention).
- Provide functional oversight for configuration of Ariba (or similar) modules and related workflows, catalogs, and supplier enablement settings.
- Lead functional definition for integrations between the S2P suite and multiple ERPs (SAP, Infor, QAD, JDE), including: Supplier/master data synchronization and POs, receipts, invoices, status updates and exceptions
- Partner with integration teams (iPaaS/ESB/API) and data/BI teams to validate mappings, reconciliation, and reporting needs (spend, compliance, operational KPIs).

- P2P: catalogs/guided buying, requisitions, approvals, PO management, receiving, invoicing/e-invoicing, matching, exceptions
- ERP integration: SAP, Infor, QAD, JDE (multi-ERP operating model)
- Reporting: spend analytics, compliance, cycle time, exception, aging
- Integration protocols: APIs, EDI, cXML, ETL processes
The Person:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of functional/technical experience sitting at the intersection of enterprise business system analysis and tech procurement pipelines supporting enterprise applications.
- 2+ years Low-Code/No-Code hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready low-code applications and automated workflows
- Hands-on experience with S2P Platforms like SAP Ariba/GEP/Coupa/Ivalua or similar platforms across S2C and/or P2P modules.
- Experience integrating S2P tools with SAP, Infor, QAD, and/or JD Edwards (including master data and transactional flows).
- Familiarity with agile delivery and tooling (Jira/Azure DevOps) and ITSM (ServiceNow).
- Experience with global template design, regional rollouts, and change management/adoption.
- Strong SQL/data validation skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong experience translating business needs into epics/features/user stories and functional specifications.
- Proven leadership in testing and release readiness (UAT leadership, defect triage, go-live/hypercare).

The Salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $144,900.00This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
